Guests must pay for the cleaning fee at the condominium. It has a cost of $ 75 USD per day plus tax. We request to be hired daily or every other day. Also the check out cleaning fee of $175.

For stays of 5 people: if the 5th guest is a baby, you can request a cot included in your reservation. If the 5th guest is an adult (and does not want to sleep in the main bed), you can request a rollaway bed from the hotel for $ 60 per day, paid at the front desk.
