Our apartment has 92 meters capacity for 4 people, living and eating area, bedroom and complete bathroom. It also has a large balcony overlooking the bay.
The apartment has a flat-screen TV and free WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, linens, kitchen utensils, safe, and everything you need to enjoy your days in Miami.
The complex has 6 outdoor pools, a nightclub, 9 restaurants and a spa. In addition, there is a children's playground and direct access to the beach. Our guests can use the gym, all the pools and the free beach amenities.

Guests must pay for the cleaning service in the condo. It has a value of $ 75USD per day plus taxes. They can hire it daily or every other day. The check out cleaning fee is $175.

For stays of 5 people: if the fifth guest is a baby, you can request a cot included in your reservation. If the fifth guest is an adult (and does not want to sleep in the main bed), you can request a rollaway bed at the hotel for $ 60 per day, paid at the front desk.
